If you’re like most of my real estate investors, you’re a visionary, self-starter. You are dedicated to winning at real estate investing, and—equally if not more important—succeeding at life. You want to leave a legacy that has meaning and purpose. You work hard to get better, do more, enjoy your results and reach your maximum potential.
But obstacles keep derailing your plans and thwarting your efforts causing your passion to wane. After awhile self-doubt and lack of confidence begin to arise from failure.

I know how you feel?
I know what it feels like to have to start from nothing and overcome fear, lack of resources, and build successful businesses, acquire real estate, or build and maintain successful relationships.
For years, I, too struggled with starting my own real estate investment business. Breaking away from the demands of other things, telling myself I will build my first list of motivated sellers tomorrow. I found myself always pushing the most important task to getting started to the next day.
As an owner of a successful car dealership and mortgage business, I have faced the reality that time is surely going to slip by and before you know it you have lost the race against it. There will always be more to do, another deal or transaction consuming your time. Now is the time to focus on doing the next right thing.
If you are like me, that means you throughout your life have placed a lot of time and energy in self-learning and self-reliance. Being a real estate investor and author I have learned nothing is more important than the ability to learn from mistakes and putting systems in place to make things easy for my team and I.
